Manufactured homes have to withstand the ride down the interstate, up a bumpy dirt road, then a crane lifting and placing the modules on the foundation. Try doing that with a traditional stick-built home. The manufactures that we partner with have to meet a rigorous set of standards for each state where they’ll be delivered, with a third party inspector making sure it meets all building codes.

$8,000 First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credit
Congress Enacts Bigger and Better Home Buyer Tax Credit

A tax credit of up to $8,000 is now available for qualified first-time home buyers purchasing a principal residence on or after January 1, 2009 and before December 1, 2009. Unlike the tax credit enacted in 2008, the new credit does not have to be repaid.
