St Albans Home Sales was founded in St Albans Maine in 1965 by the late Harry Nelson. The company was moved to the
shore of Lake Sebasticook in 1977 where it remained until it was purchased by the present owners Frank and Kathy Pray
in 1985. In 1997 the business was moved to a much larger sales center in Palmyra. This new lot was only one mile from
the old lot on the lake, but allowed for the expansion into modular and double wide homes.

the finest modular and H.U.D. code manufactured homes from companies such as Ritz-Craft Modular Homes, Champion
Homes, and Burlington Homes of Maine. With hundreds of floor plans to chose from and the option to be
