Delivery and Installation
This is when the fun
begins! St. Albans coordinates the delivery and installation
of the modular pieces. We will
ensure that the site is ready for this activity and secure any
street closing, traffic control or security that may be required.
Final Completion
St. Albans arranges
and coordinates all the
elements (complete package) and services that take place after
the manufactured pieces are installed, including the interior and
exterior finish, and the well, mechanical and
plumbing/septic system, electrical connections and driveway.
Creation Process Simplified
Why Manufactured Components are Superior to
Conventional Construction Processes
| |
Conventional Construction
Construction using Manufactured
Components
Speed
Longer construction schedules due to sequential
building process and weather delays.
Up to 50% Faster Time to Occupancy
Sequence
Each step depends on
preceding step,
creating
potential for cascading
delays in project.
Primary components arrive at job site up to 85%
complete, ready to set into place.
Site preparation precedes construction.
Site preparation and component
construction
proceeds concurrently.
Quality
Inconsistent quality caused by differences in
weather, labor, and job site conditions.
Consistent high quality components produced in a
controlled environment, out of the weather, meeting H.U.D. code
guidelines, and must comply with the National Manufactured Home Construction
and Safety Standards.
Cost
Financing required over longer time frame.
Less time paying interest on financing.
