Construction Services

Construction Services for Modular Buildings

Because St. Albans has worked with thousands of satisfied customers, our experience provides us with a unique and comprehensive understanding of the demands and concerns relating to the development process. Most importantly, St. Albans understands what it takes to get the job done.

This process virtually eliminates the headaches of subcontractor scheduling, trade dispute resolution and quality control. Once the house has reached its location, the axles and the tongue of the frame are then removed, and the house is set on a concrete foundation by a large crane. Most modern modular homes, once fully assembled, are indistinguishable from site-built homes. Their roofs are usually transported as separate units, eradicating the telltale roof line of the factory built home.
